


Common Function Areas identify areas where disaster response efforts can be easily categorized. Each has been assigned an agency that will assume primary responsibility for efforts in the area.
To follow is a list of the Common Function Areas. Several are important for Aging Agencies, especially #6 and #8. The lead agency is listed first.
Should a disaster occur, knowing who will be in charge could really assist with problem resolution and cut down on staff time needed to handle the problem.
