Volunteering
and Your Health
Volunteering
is a wonderful way to renew your spirit and give to the community. There are
many opportunities to volunteer. Think about what you like to do and areas
in which you have expertise. Then contact local agencies that do work in those
areas. Ask them if they have volunteer opportunities or present your own ideas.
Another option is to contact your local volunteer clearinghouse(s).
