Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia

Our sister site, the Full Circle of Care Caregiver Website, has an entire section devoted to Alzheimer's Disease. Unless a person is in the very beginning stages of Alzheimer's or dementia, he or she almost always has a family caregiver who helps him or her to continue to live at home. Without that assistance, it would be dangerous for the person to try to live alone.

Caregivers to those with Alzheimer's or dementia are the most likely to experience burn out and stress. The Full Circle of Care website provides education, support, and encouragement to caregivers - especially those providing the critical oversight needed for a person with Alzheimer's or dementia to continue to live at home.
