"Nutrition site" is an old fashioned term for a gathering of individuals for a good, nutritious mid-day meal with lots of fellowship and sharing. Older adults have a number of locations of just such places within the county. There, older adults can meet people, access other available services, learn about nutrition and programs for seniors, and enjoy activities designed to appeal to participants.
