The Orange County Department on Aging works to foster a comprehensive array of services accessible and acceptable to older adults (60+) living in Orange County. 

What is the difference between a Council on Aging and a Department on Aging? 
A Department on Aging is a part of local county government.  A Council on Aging is an independent non-profit agency serving seniors.

• Congregate Nutrition Program
• Family Caregiver Support
• Health Promotion and Disease Prevention
• Home Delivered Meals
• Information and Assistance
• Legal Services (agreement with Resources for Seniors)
• Senior Center Operations
• Senior Center Outreach
• Transportation (general, medical)
