Adult Day Health Location and Contact Information
Adult Day Health programs provide an organized day program of services in a community group setting for the purpose of supporting older adults’ personal independence, and promoting social, physical, and emotional well-being. Services must include health care services and a variety of program activities designed to meet the individual needs and interests of the participants, and referral to and assistance in using appropriate community resources.
The program is housed in the Central Orange Senior Center. The program offers "a safe, caring environment with individual care plans that address the social, physical and emotional needs of the participant, and assistance with daily activities by qualified professionals." They offer a part-time RN and full time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) on staff. Accessible shower is available.
