Region J consists of seven counties, each with their own network of service providing organizations.

Not all counties offer the same services or the same level of services.  Each county decides what services will be funded with the available money.  All Triangle J Area Agency on Aging funded services are offered on a voluntary contribution basis.  Use the links in the navigation bar to find out what is available in your county of interest.

It is also important to note that some agencies funded by Triangle J provide additional non-Home and Community Care Block Grant funded services and there may be other service providing organizations beyond what is listed here. 

 Be sure to ask about what you need and if there are additional qualifiers such as age or income.  Talk to an Information and Referral Specialist  to find out if what you need is available within your community.
