Programs and Services for Older Adults in Region J

 

Direct services for older adults and their caregivers are provided by local, county-based aging services providers through grant agreements between Triangle J Area Agency on Aging and the individual counties.

Services offered and providers of the services are decided by members of the Home and Community Care Block Grant Committees. The services identified in this section are those funded through the Home and Community Care Block grant.

Local aging services providers may provide other services and other local agencies may also provide services for older adults.

If a needed service is not identified in this section, check with your local aging services provider. The service may be available.
